The cookery school welcomes its first intake of budding chefs The construction of the new kitchen has enabled Tong-Len to start a cookery school. This is part of the Vocational Training Centre funded by the Fontana Foundation. Best wishes to the first group of students whose aim is to find employment in local hotels and restaurants after completing their course.
